I am so so so so happy! Yesterday, I clocked 10.4 seconds for a standing start 100m! My best ever!! And I even stumbled a bit on the third step!! It felt strong but sloppy, I was in happy shock when I found out the time!! It’s absolutely PowerCranks and the PowerCranks improved stroke turnover that has turbocharged my start!! If i improve on this on the same curve as I improved last year, I am on track to post a low to flat 10.1 by nationals.
