Lock Out

So I made the final jump and got the lock out mechanism against the companies suggestion. I like it because it allows me to do some PC riding, then do a long ride and unlock and finsih with a workout without switching bikes. I am back up to about 15 min but still keeping my cadence low so as not to irritate my TFL. I believe that Andrew was right the PC's will help strengthen what was an overweek muscle. The pain has subsided substanially and I am back enjoying the PC workouts. The biggest improvements I have noticed are symetry on my spinscan, inc watts, and efficiency in my running. My left leg was much weaker, especially my hamstring. G
