Pull up!
By greg mueller | Published  04/3/2007
I forgot how difficult it was to move these suckers in nice circles! I have been back at it for only a few workouts but man do these cranks illustrate how weak some of my muscles are. Knowing that balancing all of them willonly help gets me through these workouts. Anyway, after only 3 rides of 5 min building back to 10 min last night, I have found some rythum and I am once again able to step off the bike and walk normally:). I still have some slight pain inthe hip flexor but that was due to me hitting it too hard early. My hope is that my hip flexor will end up stronger from the PC's.  My watts are higher then they were last time I was 10 min, that must be due to either fitness or some increase in muscular strength from winter training with the cranks. g
