As I return to using the PC's, the question is whether I am in need of strength or rest. Andrew and I agreed it is strength I need, so last night I hit the cranks again. This time I lowered my cadence so I would not torture my hip flexors as much and sure enough it felt better. I did 2 x 5 min and I was able to complete with reasonable watts. The first 30 sec to a minute hurt a bit but once I got rolling, I felt much looser.I am going to do this more frequetnly but keep the time down to 5 min until I am sure my pain has subsided. I have 2 weeks till Powerman! Thanks again Andrew! g
