Back at it!
After about 6 weeks off, I am back riding my PowerCranks. In review of my training with Andrew, we agreed that i was too aggressive in my approach of the PC's and my hips are likely too weak. I was up to 40 min per workout and feeling very strong, especially running. My TFL or major hip flexor started aching and I backed it down. Funny thing is that even with that small amount of time I spent using them , I am fitter than ever! In any case, i am back to rebuilding my PC base. I will keep everyone posted on the injury and progress. Greg
