I ran cross country for Jesuit High School of New Orleans where we won four consecutive state championships(2003-06). I now run as a redshirt freshman at Louisiana State University in Track and Field.

As I continue my training on the cranks, I've increased the crank length.  I mainly am on the bike for about 30 minutes a day 4 times a week.  I easily adapted to the longer cranks.  My summer training ends this week so alot of the boredom will end.  I head up to Baton Rouge this weekend to start training with my cross country team at LSU.  So ill be able to start doing harder running work out and it will be interesting to see how the bike will supplement the harder running workouts.  My first race at the University of Alabama is coming up soon in early September.
