A year of unfortunate events
I just seem to attract bad news. This year I´ve had quite a few stupid breaks from my training and competition. It started out with a freak accident where I hurt my knee pretty bad hitting it into a radiator. It left me with a small fracture in the patella. After a full recovery I caught a stomach bug leaving me in bed for a full 10 days. All this inactivity meant that I had to do some panic training resulting in a running injury which put me out of the game for 6 weeks. The good part about that is that I got rid of my plantar fascitis from not running. Then everything seemed to brighten up untill last week where I chrashed on my roadbike hurting my hip and wrist.
That meant that I had to take it easy for a little while again. Two steps forward and one step back. Well, I try to keep my head high. I can still work out on a daily basis and I believe that a person only has a certain amount of bad luck a year. And if it wasn´t for bad luck I wouldn´t have luck at all.
