EASY day in the cranks
By Angela Naeth | Published  04/23/2008
Yesterday I rode one hour easy on the cranks. This was anything but easy.  I think it had to do with my hard run in the morning because I haven't felt that bad n the cranks before. I usually am able to spin for 1 hour easy.  I am almost positive that it is just fatigue.

The fatigue is definitely in the hip flexors for sure.  I am still trying to increase my cadence with them.  Thus far I can manage 100rpm for 5 minutes! Yikes.

Well, I don't do anything easy in these things yet. I just put them on last Friday. I can only go about 2 minutes, then I need a breather and I do another rep. Today, I did 15 minutes of riding. I hope it gets better...!
