A new level of Power
By Craig Evans | Published  04/14/2008
Today was the portion of my training that I start VO2 max intervals.  In the past I have had typical numbers in the upper 390 watts for 4-5 min climbing intervals.  I have had 8 weeks of two - three times a week powercrank rides.  I now am able to hold over 415 for 4-5 minutes.  No lighter, same diet, same everything.  Dude the cranks are the Bomb diggity!  Come race day I will be able to see from the top of the podium!
