Dezmin Wilder
Everyone calls me Dez, I live and work in Sacramento, CA and I'm currently racing xc mountain bikes in the semi-pro class. I focus on the longer distance events such as 12 and 24 hour events and generally ride a single speed. I am turning 21 this year and have only been racing for two seasons, but I'm in love with cycling and hope to one day ride bikes for a living. I am currently racing for the Cannondale/ Sobe mountain bike team and I'm having a blast with it!

Not much time to update today.

Moved back to Norcal from San Diego and all of my hill training on PCs in the last couple of weeks has really paid off, I'm feeling very very strong.

My race at Fontana was spoiled by my cleat falling off of my shoe...twice! But I felt powerful which was encouraging.

I won an 8 hr race at Boggs Mtn yesterday and fixed my HR monitor, so training on PCs resumes tomorrow. I'm going to keep the time pretty low on the cranks now as I have races pretty much every week now and I need to be careful not to tire myself out, just want to keep the form good. More soon
