1st Day on PowerCranks
By Craig Evans | Published  03/20/2008

I spent my first day on the trainer indoors in front of a TV on my powercranks.  I had a 1.5 hr session scheduled, but after 15 minutes felt like my legs were going to fall off.  I finished my ride at :35 minutes total and my legs were cooked!  What a cool way to start learning how to efficiently pedal a bike.  More to come....
