Quality Workouts
Usually I do 3-4 PC-rides a week and a couple on regular cranks. Now it has been a week since I last rode the PC´s due to a fair amount of mountainbiking and a little illness. I was a little worried that getting back on PC´s would be difficult, and that I had to pick it all up again from scratch.
To my surprise it was fairly easy getting back and my thoughts about this experience are that instead of wanting to squeeze in a lot of PC riding, just to simply do it, then I will rather point out 3-4 key workouts a week on PC´s where I am really ready. I realised that I sometimes was doing some rides with poor tecnique and I am not a great believer in that. Quality vs quantity? Quality wins in my world.....
