80kms in a row
By Marco Pinotti | Published  12/30/2007
I added another 80 kms long training with strenght work-outs. I did 6 repetitions 4' to 5' minutes long and I feel I am much more able now to substain the whole work-out. During the first hour I did 2x10' of tempo and my average cadence has been more than 90 during the intervals. It means that when I am fresh I can pedal at cadence that I consider good, even if it takes lot of energy. Last time I did this work-outs I rested on the following day feeling still sored and tired. But this time I was able to substain a 4hrs good ride with some high cadence intervals. Training with PC is always hard but recovering it it's getting faster and faster.

Could one of you more experienced pc users comment on recovery? I am only 1 month user and have noticed a more fatigue and soreness on one side
