3hour ride
By Marco Pinotti | Published  12/27/2007

My strenght training with PowerCranks is keeping on. I've been able to spend almost 3 hrs on the bike with a 20' rest in the middle. Only in

the last 30' I've been feeling tired and affected by the strenght work-outs and could not pedalling for more than 2 consecutive minutes.
I've been using Powercranks for 2-3 times/week in the last 45 days, and doing 10' on the rollers before doing the normal bike training. My

learning ability can still improve, but I am happy about the progress, that seemed almost impossible the first time I trained on Powercranks.
It's difficult to say if my power or performance has improved or not at this point of the season as my racing goals are still far and I have not

been testing myself and training at my thresold except for a few minutes. What I've noticed is a big improvement into my "core strenght".
When I look my self at the mirror I can notice a lean core body, and I feel somehow stronger.
