tempo riding
3 days ago I followed my first gym session with a Powercranks ride and some strenght work-outs. It worked well, with a brief but intense training session. But 48hrs my legs were still a bit affected by that day. So togheter with my trainer I decided to move the session on the bike a day later. So I did and I completed a 2hrs intense ride on Powercranks with strenght and for the first time tempo riding (3x10'). This kind of effort is still difficult for me: aftert the first 10' the hip flexors starts burning, due to the fact that I kept a quite high rpm (above 85).
There stand the next goal of the upcoming 2 weeks.
