I've been training only with Powercranks on the hometrainer for 3 consecutive days. It's been rainy and I took advantage of doing 2 exercise a day: (one in the morning with 40' and 2x3' SFR) and one in the afternoon (20' with higher cadence). As the days are passing it's becoming easier to handle with high rpm, more than 80. I still have to split the exercises in different part of 10-15'.
The difference between the legs pointed out a little pain in my left hip. So I choose to train on the normal crank on the road and, even if I am still at the beginning of my preparation, I feel some kind of good feeling pushing and pulling on the pedal. I'll do an ergotest next week with my team in Germany to use it as a starting point. Then we'll see on a climb test in the upcoming months what is the advantage for myself
