Still learning
By Peter Bech | Published  11/22/2007

Today was the 2nd time with the pc`s. I made some small adjustments, putting some spacers under the stem to raise the handlebars, which makes it easier to pedal right. The lower you get the harder it is. I also realised that I wasn`t able to ride and listen to music at the same time. The different beats get me out of sync. I need to be very concentrated in order to maintain smooth pedalling. Hopefully I can do some long rides soon without having to think about each revelation and still enjoy my ipod. I did 10x3 minutes with 70 rpms on the trainer. I could have done a couple more but wanted to stop with good form. Tomorrow I`m planning to go outside for the first time. My goal is to complete 1hr. Less is more, I heard....!
