improving

After the first training on the road with Powercranks, I decided to practise on the rollers. It's easier as I am focused only on pedalling and I don't have to look for the road. This is the time of the season where I've just started training again after one month breaks. So after the morning ride with normal crank bike I rode 2x10' on the rollers in the afternoon. After the first 10' set I had a break to let my flexors recover.
The following day I felt my legs are adapting to the new pedaling style and I was able to ride 20' in a row, keeping a cadence around 70 rpm riding a 53x17. The second half I was slowing down a little bit but I feel I can do more soon.
