I just thought I would share with you the following
link to a site that shows some stretching exercises for the hip-flexors. As I mentioned in my first blog, these newly activated muscles might hurt after a work-out and stretching should be part of the wholistic approach to PowerCranks training, especially in the first few months.
I will be out riding again later today on a long flat 90 minutes ride and reporting any interesting findings. Tomorrow is hill repeats.
