Starting-up on PowerCranks
By greg mcglinn | Published  12/26/2006
  Hello all,

Well I purchased my powercranks and received them December 22 so I promptly put them on my bicycle.I had a 3 hour ride planned for that day so I figured no time like the present and off I went .I quickly found out that I do not spin as much as I thought and that my left leg was far weaker than my right  and that a three hour ride would have to wait as I managed only 1 hour before My legs were really fatigued and I called it quits for the day I will be writing on a regular basis as I proceed towards the race season Thanks for reading Greg.
